WinCity Signs Letter of Intent With Sioux Tribe in South Dakota


WinCity today entered into a letter of intent subject to a formal agreement to be signed in the next 90 days with the Sioux tribe of South Dakota for the development of a 150,000 square foot casino hotel and resort in the scenic  Badlands area of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
